Working with my former business partner, Jonas Singer, on behalf of Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture, we compiled a thorough feasibility study for a shared cold kitchen facility for food-focused non-profits in the greater Washington, DC area.

In partnership with my clients at Crown Creative, I was part of the project team that redefined the brand and experience strategy for Le Meridian Hotels.
The design team focused on a new brand identity while my strategic work applied thoughtful consistency to how the global brand activates their seasonal programs with events and experiences that can be engineered to apply to each local Le Meridian audience.

Worked with the hotel managed concept group to identify concept strategy for two out of the four F&B outlets including full concept direction for the all-day lobby restaurant and signature restaurant. The latter involved a full case study analysis of Michelin Green Star restaurant and provided implications for the Signature restaurant to be designed to garner such accolades and attention. The document included visuals inspiration and ideology for menus, uniforms, tableware + cutlery, and experiential moments + touch points.

Developed quarterly content for a global hotel brand’s internal beverage platform. The ongoing strategy provided a mix of event and activation inspiration and operational guidance, beverage trends applicable around the world, and a bank of recipes that complimented each submissions trends and experience ideas. The platform enables beverage teams to carry out the global evening experience designed around the brand’s signature lobby bar program.
