From Washington, DC to the World

I graduated with a communications degree and decided I wanted to become a chef. With little to no knife skills, no restaurant would hire me. I started my own food truck instead.

From the streets of Washington DC to a modern Indian fine dining restaurant in Tokyo, my work today spans across three continents with hundreds of delicious experiences in between.
